Lia Graziani

Personal Assistant

Lia is of Italian origin and started work as an Assistant to the Chairman of Christian Dior Ties where she worked for 12 years.

Lia then worked for a subsidiary of Barratt Homes for the next 10 years, initially for a team of five Construction Managers and then for the Managing Director, before joining Rubicon Partners in October 2004. Lia is Assistant to both Ian Fisher and Alan Fletcher and Office Manager for the London office.
